Companion Animals are accepted with a copy of the medical necessity form from a certified and/or licensed professional.
None of our properties are smoker-friendly. We do not allow smoking in any of our rentals. Because of the damage smoking can cause to a rental, we take this offense seriously and issue a 3 Day notice to vacate the premises due to damages.
We do not rent to violent or sexual offenders.
